Job summary

Metropolis Technologies seeks a Head of Growth, Hospitality to lead the growth strategy for the hospitality segment, shaping long‑term vision and roadmap, and forging enterprise partnerships cross‑functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations.

You will drive national account expansion, scale B2B marketing, and build partnerships with major hospitality brands while guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable value. 4 days in office with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in the hospitality industry segment with proven commercial growth leadership.
• Strong background in strategy, business development, partnerships, P&L management and national accounts.
• Extensive contacts and an established network of vertical partners across the industry.
• Financial modeling and deal-terms expertise; data-driven decision making and market analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning product with customer needs.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging AI platforms to accelerate growth and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution to grow the hospitality vertical and location base.
• Open and win deals in national accounts within the hospitality vertical.
• Establish vertical-standard commercial structures and terms.
• Scale B2B marketing initiatives and vertical conference presence.
• Build strategic partnerships with consultants, channel partners and enterprise brands.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales and operations.
• Translate customer input into product-market fit with product leaders.
• Co-lead the unified product and service roadmap for verticals.
• Commercialize and scale the Metropolis Recognition Platform.
• Develop dashboards to show value creation for hoteliers and influence thought leadership.
