Job summary

Metropolis Technologies in Seattle is hiring a Head of Growth, Hospitality to lead the commercial growth strategy for our hospitality segment. This executive will shape the long‑term vision, align data-driven insights with partnerships, and own the segment growth number while expanding our parking, security, and recognition technology.

You will partner with product, sales, marketing and operations across national accounts, build strategic alliances with major brands, and translate customer input

Qualifications

• 15+ years in hospitality with proven commercial growth leadership.
• Strong background in strategy, business development, partnerships, P&L management.
• Extensive contacts and an established network of vertical partners across the industry.
• Skilled in financial modeling, data-driven decision making, and market analysis.
• Experience leveraging AI platforms to accelerate commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution to grow hospitality vertical and base across regions.
• Open and win deals in national accounts and co-sell with regional teams.
• Define vertical commercial structures and deal terms.
• Scale hospitality B2B marketing, press coverage, and conference presence.
• Forge strategic partnerships with consultants, channel partners, and enterprise bodies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales, and operations to scale offerings.
• Translate customer input into product-market fit with product leaders.
• Co-lead roadmap, defining wayfinding solutions and biometric integrations.
• Commercialize and scale the Metropolis Recognition Platform in hospitality.
• Work with data team to build dashboards showing value to hoteliers.
