Spectrum Business is seeking a Major Account Manager for Hospitality to drive revenue growth among hotels, bars and restaurants. You will develop account plans, deliver compelling proposals, and manage relationships across a defined territory.

You will complete a 10-week Seller training, conduct needs analyses, and liaise with the Sales Manager to execute strategies. This role involves travel and face-to-face client engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of experience exceeding revenue goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of computer networking, LAN/WAN is not applicable here; focus on sales capabilities.
• Relationship building, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop business plans to meet hospitality account objectives.
• Complete a 10-week paid sales training.
• Conduct needs analyses with clients and execute account strategies with the Sales Manager.
• Monitor account developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver proposals and presentations to key decision makers and close deals.
• Travel between home, client locations and office; primarily in front of clients.
• Drive revenue and secure contract renewals by cultivating relationships.
• Qualify new leads and request site surveys to determine serviceability.
