Job summary

Spectrum Business seeks a Major Account Manager for Hospitality to simplify telecom needs for hotels, bars and restaurants. You will develop account plans, pursue strategies and nurture relationships with hospitality brands.

After our award-winning training, you’ll deliver proposals, close deals and drive revenue across California. This field-based role requires travel to client sites and Spectrum facilities; base pay ranges from $69,000 to $136,600 with commission starting at $88,800.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience exceeding revenue goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of computer networking, LAN, WAN and high-capacity and fiber connected networks.
• Relationship building, network, negotiation, closing and English communication skills.
• Deadline-driven with the ability to multitask.
• Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans to meet short and long-term objectives of hospitality accounts.
• Conduct proactive consultative needs analyses with clients and execute account strategies with the Sales Manager.
• Monitor developments across assigned accounts to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver product proposals and presentations to key decision makers and close deals.
• Field-based sales roles require being primarily in front of clients and traveling to client sites.
