Job summary

Charter Communications' Spectrum Business is seeking a Major Account Manager for Hospitality to drive revenue with hotels, bars and restaurants. You will complete a 10-week paid sales training and then develop account strategies while nurturing relationships with hospitality accounts, traveling to clients as needed.

You’ll present proposals to key decision makers, identify growth opportunities, and close deals.

Qualifications

Three or more years of experience exceeding revenue goals.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Understanding of computer networking, LAN, WAN and high-capacity fiber networks.
Relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to multitask under deadlines.
Willingness to travel with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Develop business plans to meet the short and long-term objectives of hospitality accounts.
Complete training and create account pursuit strategies while nurturing relationships with hospitality accounts.
Monitor developments across assigned accounts to identify growth opportunities.
Deliver product proposals and presentations to key decision makers and close deals.
Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations; primarily out in front of clients.
Drive incremental revenue and secure contract renewals by cultivating relationships with new and existing contacts.
Qualify new leads and request site surveys to determine serviceability.
