Job summary

The Club is seeking a General Manager to elevate the dining experience across its restaurant and dining spaces. The role is hands-on, floor-based leadership responsible for culture, standards, and guest experience as the concept evolves.

You will partner with culinary, beverage, and events teams to ensure a polished, welcome environment, while building a strong front-of-house team and scalable service systems that support growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant or hospitality leadership in luxury/private club environments.
• Hands-on operator who leads service in real time.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and hospitality.
• Natural leader who builds a team and culture.
• Attention to detail with commercial instincts.
• Comfortable in a startup-like environment with evolving concepts.
• Excellent judgment and composure in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the Club’s restaurant and dining spaces, ensuring every aspect of the experience reflects the Club’s standards and point of view.
• Lead from the floor during service, remaining highly visible and actively engaged with members, guests, and colleagues.
• Create an environment that feels polished, energetic, warm, and effortless while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Ensure the dining room is thoughtfully prepared for service, including atmosphere, lighting, music, pacing, presentation, and overall energy.
• Anticipate member needs and preferences and create personalized experiences through thoughtful, intentional service.
• Work closely with the culinary, beverage, and broader hospitality teams to ensure a seamless experience from arrival through departure.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery with confidence, discretion, and genuine care.
