Job summary

So Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive revenues and provide exceptional guest experiences. You will mentor Restaurant Managers and Culinary Managers while ensuring profitability and brand standards.

You will manage inventory, labor costs, hiring, training, and drive quality through guest-focused service and operational excellence. The role requires leadership across FOH/BOH and adherence to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in restaurant management.
• 10+ years of professional experience in restaurant management.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/OneNote.
• Excellent people management, communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of P&L and operating metrics.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop Restaurant Managers and culinary leaders.
• Lead local meetings with relevant topics.
• Communicate effectively with District Manager.
• Ensure restaurant operations align with fiscal and operational guidelines.
• Control inventory and labor costs within standards.
• Oversee staff hiring, training and scheduling.
• Maintain health inspections and guest satisfaction focus.
• Drive brand standards and local store marketing programs.
• Ensure cash handling is secure and financial controls are followed.
