Qualifications

• At least five years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience in luxury/experience-driven environments.
• Hands-on operator who leads from the floor during service and mentors the team.
• Strong understanding of dining, beverage, and guest experience in high-end settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dining Experience and oversee daily restaurant operations to reflect club standards.
• Lead from the floor, engage with members and colleagues, and ensure polished, energetic service.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a front-of-house team and foster accountability and culture.
• Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and hospitality teams to ensure end-to-end guest moments.
• Identify opportunities to improve service flow, efficiency, and member satisfaction.
