SA Hospitality Group is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. You will supervise service, manage staff, and ensure smooth floor coverage during all meal periods.

You will coach, interview and hire, monitor performance, and collaborate with the GM/ AGM on beverage, wine, and service standards. A strong leader with English proficiency is essential.

Formación

• Experience in supervising restaurant staff and operations.
• Fluent English communication.
• Food handler certification required.
• Ability to manage high-volume service.
• Strong leadership and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in GM/AGM absence.
• Coach, counsel and interview staff; participate in hiring.
• Direct service flow, floor plans, and side-work allocations.
• Monitor registers and address discrepancies between shifts.
• Represent and maintain quality across food, beverage, and service.
