Qualifications

• Five+ years of restaurant or hospitality leadership in high-end, luxury, lifestyle, private club, boutique hotel, or similar settings.
• Hands-on operator who leads service on the floor in real time.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge and appreciation for dining, wine, and hospitality.
• Natural leader who builds team and culture.
• Exceptional attention to detail without being overly process-driven.
• Strong commercial instincts and understanding of restaurant financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the Club's restaurant and dining spaces, ensuring the experience reflects the Club's standards.
• Lead from the floor during service, engaging with members, guests, and colleagues.
• Create a polished, energetic, warm environment with attention to detail.
• Lead and coach front-of-house staff, conduct pre-shift meetings, and develop a high-performing team.
• Partner with culinary, beverage, programming, events, and other teams to integrate the dining experience.
• Drive service standards, operating practices, and guest experience while balancing hospitality with business needs.
• Support special dinners and member events to bring the Club's hospitality vision to life.
