Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor, coaching team members and engaging with guests to ensure hospitality.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency to build loyalty.
• Optimize labor deployment to balance service and budget goals.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and retain top talent with hands-on training and mentorship.
• Guide front-of-house opening, mid-shift, and closing execution.
• Oversee food safety protocols and checklists; safeguard quality.
