Le Pain Quotidien, part of Convive Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Philadelphia to lead on the floor, elevate service, and drive business results. You will coach leaders, balance guest experience with operations, and collaborate with the General Manager to guide a high-performing team.

We offer daytime hours and a path toward future GM opportunities, with a focus on hospitality, people development, and strong financial performance. NYC License is required to be considered.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• NYC Food Handlers License required.
• Stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Spanish, French, or Arabic is a plus.

• Lead from the floor during service, coaching in the moment and ensuring hospitality.
• Own the guest experience, anticipate needs, resolve concerns with empathy.
• Develop people and culture, creating an environment where team members grow and feel valued.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, develop and retain a high-performing team.
• Lead and coach through opening, service, and closing with clear communication.
• Own labor deployment during service to balance guest experience and productivity.
• Maintain standards for food quality, hospitality, cleanliness and safety.
• Manage inventory, food cost, waste, ordering and COGS; identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to P&L performance by analyzing sales, labor and costs.
