Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience in a full-service setting.
• Proven ability to lead from the floor and inspire a team during service.
• Experience managing labor, sales, COGS, inventory, forecasting, and P&L.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service excellence.
• Willingness to develop toward General Manager opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor during service, coaching in the moment.
• Own the guest experience, resolve concerns with empathy and urgency.
• Develop people and build a strong restaurant culture.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
• Open, serve, and close with clear shift-to-shift communication.
• Own labor deployment and balance guest experience with productivity.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Collaborate with GM on inventory, food cost, waste, ordering, and COGS.
• Contribute to P&L performance and pursue future GM opportunities.
