Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to ensure an exceptional guest experience at our Gatlinburg property. You will create a warm, welcoming environment, handle check-ins/check-outs, and address guest needs throughout their stay.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, post charges, and staying-over requests while coordinating with other departments to deliver smooth service and prompt follow-up on guest issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are required.
• Computer skills and the ability to work under pressure are important.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out and manage balances and room charges.
• Answer guest questions about local restaurants and attractions.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Process revenue and balance cash drawer; perform nightly audit tasks.
• Open/close credit card machines and run cashier reports.
