Job summary

Hotel Equities seeks a Front Office Guest Services leader to guide daily operations at a Redondo Beach location. You will supervise check-in/check-out, reservations, room assignments, and guest requests while ensuring a warm, professional guest experience.

Responsibilities include monitoring guest satisfaction, handling service recovery, and coaching frontline staff to maintain brand standards and smooth coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to Guest Services and Front Office associates.
• Oversee daily guest services operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
• Ensure guests receive a warm, professional, and welcoming experience throughout their stay.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to questions, concerns, and service recovery opportunities.
• Resolve guest issues with appropriate judgment, urgency, and follow-through.
• Assist with training, coaching, and development of Guest Services associates to ensure consistent service and standards.
• Monitor front desk operations, lobby presentation, and guest areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and other departments to address guest needs efficiently.
