Responsibilities

• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
• Issues room keys and escort instructions to guests or Bell staff.
• Transmits and receives messages using hotel systems (telephone, switchboard).
• Answers inquiries about hotel services, registration, and local activities.
• Keeps records of room availability and guests’ accounts.
• Processes payments and deposits for room charges and other fees.
• May make, confirm and cancel reservations for guests.
• Enforces hotel credit policies and handles billing accurately.
