Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
• Issues room key and provides escort instructions as needed.
• Transmits and receives messages using hotel systems and devices.
• Answers inquiries about services, dining, directions and local attractions.
• Keeps records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Collects payment for room charges and fees; processes reservations.
• May handle reservations for guests and arrange transportation or activities.
