Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Issue room keys and provide escort instructions as needed.
• Date-stamp, sort, and rack incoming mail and messages.
• Transmits and receives messages using hotel systems.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, directions, and local activities.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Compute and collect payments for room charges and other fees.
• Assist with reservations and special requests.
