Wendover Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing & Community Engagement Specialist to drive leasing, renewals, and vibrant resident experiences at our communities in Florida. You will coordinate events, concierge services, and marketing efforts while maintaining accurate records and strong customer service.

This on-site role requires a hands-on, service-oriented mindset, collaboration across teams, and a commitment to safety and presentation in common areas and model units.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
• Experience in property management, leasing, or residential customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management platforms.
• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with time-management abilities.
• Service-first mindset and cross-department collaboration.
• Professional presence and proactive attitude.
• Attention to safety and presentation.
• Promote collaborative culture rooted in respect and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Lead leasing and renewal activities—from tours and applications to documentation and follow-up
• Assist with rent collection, tracking unit availability, and maintaining accurate leasing records
• Plan and execute resident events, engagement efforts, and referral programs
• Coordinate concierge services, resident requests, and third-party vendors to enhance the resident experience
• Support social media content, community updates, and local marketing efforts to attract new residents
• Manage the community activity calendar, track participation, and foster partnerships with local organizations
• Oversee The Wonder Kids/Youth Club after-school program, including planning activities, supervising participants, ensuring a safe and engaging environment, and fostering positive youth development
• Ensure community spaces and model units meet high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation; Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, recordkeeping, and resident communication; Help uphold a safe, respectful, and service-oriented environment for residents, team members, and guests
• Work collaboratively across teams and contribute to a positive, respectful community environment
• Collaborate with office staff on community projects or resident needs as requested
