Peak Living is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our team in Florida. Under the Community Manager, you will support all community operations and drive leasing activities, customer service, and marketing standards across our properties. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

The role involves assisting with renewals, deposits, and document preparation, along with helping organize resident programs and events to boost retention.

Formación

• Previous onsite leasing experience in multi-family housing or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support leasing and marketing activities, greet prospects, gather information, set appointments, show units, and process applications.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements.
• Process renewals and communicate with residents about balances and deposits.
• Assist in organizing resident events and preserving resident loyalty.
