JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and expert financial guidance in branch settings. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using your financial knowledge to offer thoughtful banking solutions that address their needs and simplify their lives.

You will engage with clients in person and by phone, educate them on Chase technology, and collaborate with specialists to handle complex needs while upholding regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone conversations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, Series 6, state registration, Life licenses; licensing program within 180 days.

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for their banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
