You will engage clients in person and by phone, educate them on Chase digital tools, and collaborate with specialists to deliver thoughtful financial guidance while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to tailor product and service recommendations to client needs.
• Ability to work within risk and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Must obtain required licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
