Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand with hospitality in a Chase Branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and help meet clients' financial needs.

You will guide clients to digital channels and collaborate with your team to deliver superior service. You will engage clients in person and by phone, educate them on products, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and risk/compliance awareness.
Comfort using banking technology and guiding clients to digital tools.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust.
Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs.
Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to specialists.
Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
