JPMorganChase's Chase branch is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that address their financial needs.

You will deliver attentive service, tailor product recommendations, and collaborate with our team of experts to help clients achieve their goals while adhering to risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within established risk parameters and meet training requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; must obtain within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
