JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and expert financial guidance in a Chase Branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful solutions to address financial needs and simplify their lives.

The role requires sales experience, solid communication, and ability to work with branch teams. Licensing through JPMorganChase’s program is required within 180 days of hire; some roles include weekend/evening hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsabilités
