Blackberry Farm, LLC. is seeking an Event Coordinator to ensures that small to medium internal events and group functions are executed flawlessly, prioritizing guest satisfaction.

The role requires a detail-oriented, hospitality-minded individual capable of handling logistics, budgets, and on-site coordination. The position supports Event Managers for larger programs and involves weekend and holiday work as needed, along with creating reports and coordinating with various teams to drive

Formación

• College degree or equivalent experience in event coordination preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience required.
• Proficient with Opera, Active Networks and Open Table.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles for reporting and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Manages internal events and/or groups, typically small to medium in size.
• Supports Event Managers for larger programs.
• Works weekends, holidays, and nights as necessary to assist with onsite programs.
• Manages logistics from planning to billing, including room blocks, meals, and reservations.
• Creates resumes, rooming lists, transportation manifests, and activity lists.
• Communicates requirements to operations staff and coordinates with vendors.
