Job summary

Blackberry Farm, LLC is seeking a Group Sales Manager to lead efforts for group business, on-property events, and weddings across Blackberry Farm, Blackberry Mountain, and High Hampton properties. You will coordinate room blocks, activities, meals, and meetings, while aligning with the group sales strategy.

The role requires building relationships with planners, negotiating proposals and contracts in the Opera system, and promoting our luxury destinations at trade shows and through calls.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in group sales or service preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience required.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Opera.

Responsibilities

• Act as a contact for corporate, leisure, and wedding group planners.
• Coordinate all group details including room blocks, activities, meals, meetings, and special requests.
• Communicate group requirements to all operational staff.
• Sell group activities and special services.
• Write and negotiate group proposals and contracts through the Opera system.
• Promote Blackberry Farm, Blackberry Mountain, and High Hampton as a meeting, leisure, and wedding destination.
