Blackberry Farm, LLC seeks an Event Coordinator to ensure flawless execution of internal events and private groups at our resort. You will manage planning, logistics, and billing, coordinating with guests, vendors, and staff to deliver memorable experiences.

The role requires excellent communication, hospitality mindset, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Proficiency with MS Office and event software is preferred, with a focus on budgeting and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in event coordination preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience is required.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsabilités

• Manage internal events and groups, small to medium in size.
• Support Event Managers for larger programs.
• Work weekends, holidays, and nights as needed to assist with onsite programs.
• Manage all program logistics through planning, execution, and billing (rooms, activities, meals, meetings, special needs, reservations, billing, reporting).
• Act as primary contact for guests, vendors, and internal staff in planning and on-site.
• Arrange travel, logistics and other details for internal event personalities.
• Create resumes, rooming lists, transportation manifests, and activity lists.
• Communicate program requirements and logistics to all staff.
• Create and send final invoices for group billing and backup for disputes.
• Execute internal events within budget guidelines and drive bookings with Marketing/Reservations.
• Craft experiences to meet revenue goals and track profitability.
