The role requires ServSafe or equivalent certification within 90 days, 5+ years in retail/restaurant/hospitality leadership, and a hands‑on, people‑centered leadership style.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience; multi‑department or full‑store leadership preferred.
• ServSafe or other approved Food Safety Certification within 90 days of employment or promotion.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to foster teamwork, motivate others, and resolve conflict effectively.
