• ServSafe or other approved Food Safety Certification within 90 days of employment or promotion.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to uphold brand mission and Four Pillars; coach and develop management and associates.
• Ensure guest experience is warm, attentive, and consistent with service standards.
• Oversee store operations, labor, inventory, and costs; analyze sales and performance metrics.
• Oversee food service, merchandising, safety, and compliance with health standards.
