Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, inspire the team, and deliver Guest experience aligned with the Global brand promise. You will oversee sales growth, profitability, staffing, training, compliance and community engagement in a hands‑on leadership role.

This role requires building a culture of hospitality, ensuring safety and operational excellence, managing food service and merchandising, and maintaining brand standards while delivering outstanding service

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Experience leading multi-department or full-store teams.
• Strong business acumen with data interpretation and strategic decision making.
• ServSafe training/certification within 90 days of employment or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to uphold Global mission and Four Pillars; coach and develop management and associates.
• Ensure outstanding Guest service and store presentation; resolve Guest concerns promptly.
• Oversee all store operations, labor, inventory, and costs; analyze sales and performance metrics.
• Oversee food service and merchandising; ensure food safety, sanitation, and allergen control; maintain visual appeal.
