Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, manage staff, ensure safety and guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards. You will oversee financial performance, labor, inventory, and compliance while fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• ServSafe or other approved Food Safety Certification within 90 days.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail, restaurant, or hospitality management.
• Proven leadership, operations and financial performance.
• Strong business acumen with ability to interpret data for decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to uphold brand mission and pillars.
• Inspire, develop, and empower management and staff for excellent guest service.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams with brand values.
• Oversee store operations, labor, inventory and costs to drive profit.
• Ensure food safety, merchandising, and customer experience standards.
• Foster safe, inclusive workplace and coordinate safety training.
• Engage with the community and represent the brand locally.
