Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Store Operations Manager (GM) for our Lynchburg store located in Norman, OK. You will lead a diverse team, coach Shift Leaders and Delivery Drivers, and drive customer experience, quality, and sales performance.

You will establish a culture of excellence, mentor staff, and ensure store standards while managing inventory and local marketing efforts. This role offers training, growth opportunities, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
• Availability for 2–3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun.
• Hospitality-focused with strong customer service.
• Proficiency with business software (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and ATS experience.
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff.
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, store cleanliness.
• Foster a culture of excellence and growth.
• Manage and audit inventory for proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Develop in-store recognition programs.
