• Ability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts (Thurs-Sun).
• Player-coach mindset in daily management.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop part-time staff including Shift Leaders and Cookie Crew.
• Lead service components ensuring food quality and customer service.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain controls.

Skills
