Insomnia Cookies is seeking a strong manager to lead our Oklahoma City store. You will hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time team while driving exceptional service and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts throughout Thurs-Sun.
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality for daily management.
• A strong sense of hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency with restaurant/retail software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS familiarity.
• Experience using commercial convection ovens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff including Shift Leaders and Crew.
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, friendliness, and store cleanliness.
• Foster a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality and sales performance.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Develop in-store recognition programs and contests.
