Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Store Operations Manager (GM) for our Norman, OK location. You will hire, coach and lead a diverse hourly team, drive service quality, store cleanliness and sales in a hospitality-focused culture.

This role offers training, mentorship, growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package, including health/dental/vision, 401K with match, paid vacation and more. Evening shifts (Thu-Sun) are typical.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun.
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality and strong hospitality focus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Drivers.
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, staff friendliness and store cleanliness.
• Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, service and sales performance.
• Manage and audit inventory with proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs.
