Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Store Operations Manager (GM) for our Arlington, TX bakery. This role focuses on building a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining store excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, train, and lead a diverse hourly staff, oversee operations, inventory, and local marketing efforts, and foster a culture of hospitality and top performance. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; familiar with Applicant Tracking System.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Delivery Drivers).
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, staff friendliness, store cleanliness.
