Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Store Operations Manager (GM) for our Sugar Land, TX store. You will lead a diverse team, ensure top-notch hospitality, maintain great food quality, and drive sales through coaching and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun.
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality.
• Innate sense of true hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Solid technical acumen with restaurant/retail software and MS Office.
• Familiarity with using commercial convection ovens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Delivery Drivers.
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, staff friendliness, and store cleanliness.
• Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, service and sales while supporting growth.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs.
