Intuit, Inc. is seeking a hospitality-focused in-store Customer Advisor to deliver a high-touch experience within our TurboTax retail environment.

You will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right service or expert, ensuring a seamless, welcoming visit. In this year-round role, you will embody the Intuit TurboTax brand, gather feedback to improve the customer journey, and collaborate with the broader network of TurboTax professionals.

Formación

• 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, guest relations, or a related high-touch role.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve needs with empathy.
• High school diploma or GED; hospitality/retail experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the store to set a welcoming tone.
• Listen attentively and ask questions to understand each customer's situation and needs.
• Guide customers to understand options and ensure they are directed to the right service.
• Support customers through their entire experience from arrival to hand-off with clarity and care.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and removing obstacles to an effortless experience.
• Follow up to ensure needs are met and questions are resolved.
