Job summary

The Italiano - Scottsdale is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. You will guide operations from open to close, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold sanitation and cost controls.

A strong leader who motivates staff will thrive in our fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of management experience, knowledge of POS systems, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in restaurant management.
• Experience leading a team of 20+ employees.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory controls preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
