Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a well-rounded front-of-house team with emphasis on service etiquette and product knowledge.
• Daily evaluation of restaurant service performance and coordination of timely food production.
• Develop liquor and wine selection and supervise procurement.
• Assist GM in building annual financial objectives and budget processes.
• Support marketing plans and optimize sales while controlling costs.
• Ensure training and regular evaluations for staff; maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
