Job summary

Postino WineCafe is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage operations to meet budgeted sales and profits. You will direct, plan, implement, and monitor daily activities while maintaining beverage quality, inventory accuracy, and vendor relationships.

The role requires restaurant leadership experience, plus Servsafe and alcohol service certifications; a hospitality or business degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service restaurant Manager experience or 3–5 years in lead/supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, implement, and monitor staff to deliver positive, memorable guest experiences.
• Coach and train team members to uphold standards in lighting, music, and guest environment.
