Job summary

Quartr Living LLC is hiring a Resident Experience & Leasing Specialist for The Common in Phoenix. This full-time role blends leasing with a strong emphasis on resident experience, events, and relationship-building.

You will welcome residents and prospects, conduct tours, manage inquiries, and build a welcoming community culture while driving occupancy and leasing performance. Evening events and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
• Ability to work occasional evenings for resident events.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and engaging point of contact for residents, prospective residents, guests and visitors.
• Build genuine relationships with residents and create an environment where people feel known, valued and heard.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns and requests with professionalism, urgency and solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the resident experience.
• Maintain a polished, welcoming and professional presence in the leasing office and community.
• Help plan, coordinate and execute engaging resident events and experiences.
• Conduct engaging property and apartment tours focusing on lifestyle and experience.
• Convert tours and leads into applications and leases.
• Meet or exceed leasing and occupancy goals.
• Maintain accurate leasing activity and prospect records in AppFolio.
