Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in luxury apartment or Class A leasing preferred.
• Experience in property management, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, text, online leads, and walk-ins.
• Conduct property tours and explain pricing, amenities, and resident benefits.
• Close qualified prospects and convert tours into applications and leases.
• Maintain lead and prospect data in AppFolio and other systems.
• Meet or exceed leasing goals and deliver excellent service.
