Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing and resident relations at a property in Tempe. You will greet prospects, show apartments, assist with applications and deposits, and coordinate move-ins while upholding Fair Housing standards.

The role is on-site with a flexible schedule, including weekends, and requires collaboration with maintenance and marketing teams to drive occupancy. Comprehensive healthcare and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience.
• Microsoft Office and Property Management Software experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Assist prospects with applications and deposits in accordance with procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification; submit for processing.
• Show apartments and close leases; prepare for move-ins and obtain signatures.
