Le Pain Quotidien in Miami is seeking team members to deliver warm, attentive hospitality in a bustling cafe environment. You will help guests, prepare beverages, bag to-go orders, and manage transactions with a focus on accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Experience with POS systems, especially Toast, is a plus.
• Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required.
• Ability to be cross-trained in all dining room and retail areas.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests throughout the visit.
• Anticipate guest needs and note preferences.
• Prepare drinks for retail and dining room, including batches for the retail counter.
• Bag, box, and arrange to-go food and pastry.
• Perform sales transactions following cash handling policy.
• Maintain pastry display and knowledge of items.
• Handle guest situations with empathy and escalate to a manager when needed.
