Job summary

Le Pain Quotidien, part of Convive Brands, seeks team members for a part-time role in Coconut Grove. You will deliver warm, attentive service, take orders, and support guest experience across dining and retail areas.

The position emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and flexible scheduling in a welcoming environment at LPQ, a brand under Convive Brands. Prior restaurant exposure is preferred, with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Experience with POS systems, especially Toast, a plus.
• Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the visit.
• Receive food and beverage orders, enter into the POS, and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs and note preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of pastry, bread, beverages, and retail items.
• Prepare drinks for the dining room and handle guest concerns with empathy.
