Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, delivering attentive, friendly service and creating a welcoming environment for clients and teammates. You will oversee deposits, investments, operations, and daily branch performance while coaching the team to achieve outstanding results and uphold the bank’s culture of hospitality and integrity.

In this role you will build relationships with local businesses, manage risk and controls, and represent Chase in the community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch team, sharing a clear vision and embodying culture.
• Grow deposits and investments and manage branch operations.
• Coach the team to deliver exceptional client service and results.
• Develop and maintain a strong risk and control environment.
• Build relationships with local businesses and the community.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures while acting with integrity.
