Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, focusing on delivering excellent client service, deposits growth and team development. You will manage operations, uphold risk controls, and promote Chase technology solutions.

You will engage with the local community, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering the bank’s hospitality and service standards.

Qualifications

• You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• You can work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our culture.
• Lead growth of deposits and investments and coach the team for success.
