Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a Chase Branch, delivering attentive, hospitality-driven service and overseeing deposits, investments, and operations. You will coach the team, uphold brand values, and represent Chase in the community while driving growth and ensuring compliance.

You will manage branch hours, work with local businesses, and develop staff through coaching and training. This role emphasizes integrity, customer focus, and technology-enabled banking solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment.

• Grow deposits and investments leveraging the Branch Scorecard.
